Crits in red took part in the quest before it was put on hold, and hence have made some progress. Nevertheless, effort was put in to level up under the quest's restrictions, so players will be allowed to retain their progress - the accounts were locked when the quest was put on hold and will be released upon its resumption, so no unauthorised training took place.



I'll post a more concrete list of rules shortly instead of scattering them all over the place.
