I love the irony of posting to a gaming community to tell them they're dead. If it was true they couldn't reply and no one would read your post, thus making the post in the first place pointless...

Most traditional games only have a couple to several players in a specific game, you wouldn't call those games dead, so why is this any different?


Edit: Can you give me one good reason why you losing interest in the game means it now has to be shut down. Just one plausible good reason and I will support your argument.

Just face it to you the game is dead. To everyone else that posted and showed you it isn't, it obviously is not to them. To each there own, it's fairly simple if it is so dead you'd not post on forums about it, and wouldn't play. Also, if it were dead as you say, then why would your post get any responses at all then?

Anywho. You should just let us be then if it is soo dead. Obviosly I am gonna have to use the just because you didn't see it or arent on when it happens doesnt mean it doesn't happen defense. Oh and I have perodically logged onto nightmist (1alt) in the last few months and at various times. Max players at 1 time was 12. I uninstalled in a month or so ago. Been dead for awhile. I found the hardest part of giving up was acceping the fact that the time I spent was just to relax and not to build a character or account. Once you can accept that your account means nothing it will make it easier to walk away.

I felt I had spent so many long hours leveling characters and rolling it was almost impossible to walk away for sentimental reasons. So uninstall the game....free yourself....and begin another journey in online gaming.

Hello, how are you doing. I don't play the game anymore, so I feel the need to enforce my view on you. Since I stopped playing, I felt so much better about myself. From this I draw the conclusion that you should stop as well, and do something else with your time. I'm well aware of the fact that I spent countless of hours on this game, nevertheless, since it's time for me to stop playing now, and hence me seeing the light, that means it's suddenly time for everyone to stop playing. I would kindly like to enforce this viewpoint on everyone.

Edit: To be fair, I remember posting the same type of message(s) back in 2004 when I quit.

To be fair. i could play on a 37 druid, a 36 mage, a 35 thief, a 34(ling) druid, and i still dont care what the haters say.. i dont wanna play because of me, not because the game is dead... haters.. why post?
