One problem that I feel the multi-alt server is having now is a small player-base that is comprised mainly of veteran players. Now, I am not one to take advantage of novices for their lack of experience, but when it comes to trading, it can get especially awkward because many of the players have the ability to collect a lot of rarer items themselves rather than buy them.

I sense the multi-alt server is more beginner-friendly due to the lack of PKing and lower player count, although the "Trial by Fire" to Blackthorn (to access the level 10+ guilds) certainly puts people off, or users of Druids and Rangers, especially if they do not know about the map sites yet.

Sorry but I disagree, when I first started and had to get to BT to level, I learned sewers.

Also made friends by driving people there that needed to get there as well to level.
Now that the game is nopk it shouldnt be a problem for a new player to learn sewers and get to BT.

I just wish there were new faces to the game so I had someone to help or travel around with.

Ah yes, that's true. I guess in a way it encourages players to be nice people too, otherwise they won't get the friends required to take them for a ride to Blackthorn!
