I agree... Not really any point in going unless something changes...Well, I'm going to be honest. I would probably kill it pretty often, I get bored and go to bosses like this and Elshira.
If "Change the experience on Orcs back to the 60-65xpd it was or something near it such as 55." were a choice, I would prefer that over a mini-boss. I suppose I wouldn't really use it to train -whistle- but I think it's what would help the orc caves the most, rather than just people making quick runs to kill some easy mini-boss.

For example... 1-30's can go into reg tunnels... 1-25 into 2nd floor... 1-20 into third...
This would make it a lil better for peops who train (i'm retired lol) their little crits...

Large Orc: Twice the hp as orc, about 55x xp, hits for about 40.
Fierce Bloodsucking Bat: Has twice the hp of vampire bat, hits twice as fast and give 10x more exp.

And for a younger crit, bears are easier to kill, so hey, why not just sit in the large forest?I think orc exp is 30x, that really sucks. Make it aleast 55x since black bears are 50x. I think a mini-boss would be cool.
Poker in-game.

firstly they must be made harder and make all squares kill monster to pass thing
its mostly seems silly to me while passing near all those monsters
and expanding areas should make them more useful for role play thing

You are kidding right?i think its best to expand places like orc caves and elshira
firstly they must be made harder and make all squares kill monster to pass thing
Tell me you're kidding.
If anyone even thinks of making Elshira's Lair kill to pass, I'll scream. That won't be a pleasant sound, trust me ^^
It definately shouldn't be kill to pass all the way through- you do know thats an area where lower levels are meant to be able to explore, right? ^^
And Elshira's Lair is plenty big enough if you actually do explore it rather than taking the "go direct to elshira, do not pass go, do not collect £200" route.
As far as the Orc caves go... I don't think the xp really needs to be raised.
As momba said in his original post, I also don't think the monsters need to be changed, or that any really need to be added.
A miniboss would be nice I guess, a once-in-a-while creature with a bit more xp that would be a bit harder to kill... but only so long as it didn't drop anything uber.
It should be enough to make the people who want to train down there want to kill it... just for a little prize...
but not enough to make people drag their higher level crits down there on a pk frenzy to get the item ^^

Is it fun telling someone who enjoys going down there, that it isn't exciting and that people don't enjoy it?i agree bout exp thing too
but when u start to run there to kill elshira it doesnt take 5 minutes
and newbies already know maps of there so noneed to discover america again

I happen to like going down there to explore.
Yes I can use maps... yes, in the past, I have used own maps to get to dear Elshira. The only time I use maps to get there is if someone has asked me to come and be a healer for them and they're waiting.
If I'm not in a hurry, I'm not going to spoil my fun.
Just because Elshira is down there doesn't mean I have to fight her... ^^
And just because there are maps doesn't mean there isn't still exploring to be done... I mean, some of the old maps were wrong
The newer ones might not be... but in order to correct those maps that were 'wrong' before, exploration had to be (re)done

For sure... even add some more pointless area's to the game, i'm sure everyone at some stage has been in orc caves to train..Sadly, I spend most of my NM day training in these two places... and they seem fine to me. The xp isn't exactly top notch, but that's what keeps them quiet. They're decent for mid-lvl's to go gold hunting in, and if you're helping newer players (yes, some people actually do that), these are good places to get them started on. Not every place needs to be great. Not every place needs a boss or mini-boss. Some places need to be blah. It's what makes the other places seem better.
Just my opinion.

Berserker: This orc looks more crazed than the orcs your used to seeing in these area, you can tell this orc has a high threshold for pain by it's numerous battlescars. The Berserker is in a healthy condition.
3 stam hits for about 30-40 using the berserk technique
around 800-1200hp ill let designers choose (if this is developed, which i doubt)
5% chance to drop a flail, drops 150-200gp
60-65xp per hit
Orc Brute: Larger than the average orc the Orc Brute towers at an amazing 8ft tall. Equiped with more developed weapons than regular orcs these orcs look as if they could take even some of the most experienced warriors out. The Orc Brute is in a healthy condition.
2 stam hits for 45 (average)
around the same amout hp as the berserker
same gold drop same exp
5% chance to drop broad sword 2% chance to drop Adv pot
Maybe throw in a few skeletal orcs (from barrier forset) for the healers
No mini Boss required, or if a mini boss is to be added i think just a 5k gold drop or a pike

No, leave it the way it is... Every area dosen't need to have a boss or be a good training spot...
