Suicide suck... there is no explanation, they just plane suck...they can't handle anyone with the same amount of crits as them... they always gotta load double the amount of crits or bring a friend along or maybe 3 or 4...they are too cocky.. this was pretty funny, Gary ( existenz ) went afk 1 north of mayor, and i was training adepts and funny enough i seen em, i killed his party of 8-10 of course he had to cry in pages about coming to own me, but c'mon stupidy like that doesn't give you lot a good name...

Well hey its kinda off the topic, and i dont want to be accused of backing Suicide, because i DONT, but let me interject something here, just a thought.

Running a 2 stat doesnt make you a n00b.

Well to tell you the truth, i am, i will openly admit that most of the crits on my account are less than 4 stat, infact i am proud of it. Think about this for a minute, in lie we dont get to reroll, we dont get to kick all of our abilitys up to the best of anyone on the earth, we have strengths and weaknesses. Why not in Nightmist? Dont get me wrong, nightmist is not real life and those that wish to spend hours on the roller in search of "the perfect crit" are more than welcome to do so. I do not mean to say that this makes them noob. it shows that they want a certian thing out of the game and are willing to work for that by spending that time rolling. I admire someone with the patince to roll a six stat. but at the same time, some of us play RPG's and i dont mean the kind with graphics engines. a few ppl hearken back to the days of smoky backrooms and an actual table with real dice and pen and paper and flavorful description because thats all you had to go on so it beter by God be good. im not saying we need to converyt nightmist to D&D or even something more storytelling like The Window(or any number of systems put tgeher by ppl who like andventures and hate mechanics). We dont. Its not any of them. its nightmist. It does intriuge me, however, to see what the effect of a nightmist without a reroll function would be like.



The point of all this is, some of us would actually like to face a challenge in playing the game. To work hard to overcome our weaknesses and prove ourselves valuable nonetheless. I admire those ppl. Sure, they may not win duels as easily or moshes, well, ever, but then again, they might surprise you! And I for one have a great respect for anyne with the perseverence in the face of not only the added difficulty of monsters but also the constant ridicule of being noob, to train a low-stat crit into an archmaster.

I know some ppl will read my name and go on the site to check my main alt(which is jarin, btw but if you want my whole profile look at Bob_the_paladin, Fror_the_dwarf, Shadowblade, Aaron_deshoul, and Daeron_seregon). these ppl will find that he is not arched, in fact not even level 20, and they will say i am a n00b and never read a word of my post. thats ok. they wouldnt care for it anyway. My crits are not hight level for two reasons. One is that they are low stat, i choose the harder road. The second is that while i have played since before there were pacifists, zerkers, evil santas, accounts, and the like, i have played casually, and often had life get in my way so much that i quit for a time, so theat the current crits have been casually trained over the past few months. the game is not my life, it is an escape from it that i indulge when i feel like it.



i've lost most readers by now but for you hardcores or those that are intrigued enough to read on, let me thank you for at least valuing the opinion of a humble n00b long enough to read his rather lengthy (and off topic) post. i said what i felt where i saw reason to say it. constructive criticism and descussion(and i promise 'll be shorter winded) is welcome ingame by way of memos or pages. Flames will be eaten with soy sauce and rum!

I appologise for the many speling errors my keyboard is rebelling against me and i havent the time ot iron them all out.
