Nearly all of the people that believe zerkers are not overpowered are those that use them often or have invested large ammounts of time/money into them.

As would be true with any other class or race.

That is how the damage killed him. That'd kill even Baha--the highest hp for a ling ranger in game (with armor and dex that isn't actually possible for him to get...unless Jess/Ste, and Ryan feel giving).


Anyway, they have no armor, except for half-orcs, who have a little armor. Doesn't make up for their positivies most of the time, but it helps to have armor at monsters/bosses, no one can really say that is wrong. They also hurt themselves when they attack, and that blows at difficult bosses...the high hp really makes up for most of that though--thieves are more annoying.

Really, I don't like how they round everything and anything, but then can also use an attack that ingores armor. With RF on they don't do a poor job of hitting other players...which is why I still think RF should cancel out (on everything, not just zerks) if the crit with RF on hits a player.---it'd therefore only work in player vrs monster.

But really...I don't care all that much if it is changed or not anymore.

my point is the reason I have them is because they are terribly overpowered and practicly a legal version of ebaying (cheating) hell you can solo cap with like 7 spelled zerks

Maybe if smite had to put amour into the equation then it would make it fairer.

i dont really see why smite ignored armour, if someone would care to explain the reason it does.

I was thinking today, zerkers have 0 armor, so they're high hp balances that out, missing alot balances out they're high hitting. But, well, I'd have to say zerkers don't miss alot.

so it should be allowed, its not easy to beat zerks.. but its not all that hard either, when my rangers DONT round ur low hp zerks, then ill cry, since the crit i have with the most armor, gets rounded as if it was nothing? it has 52 more hp then a mage, and +1 dex from a dex equipped mage, yet i dont see zerks rounding clerics, maybe it is something to do with an error in the ac from spells on clerics?

But my point being, zerks arent over powered, when they attack they dont think they just swing aimlessly and hope to knock your head off, and if they hit you enough times then they accomplish their goal, but, if they miss completely then it leaves them WIDE open for you to take full advantage of it and kill them.

But basically what im saying is, its a 2 way street with zerks, you go down 1 way and your tearing through the neighborhood ripping heads off and claiming bodies as your prize, and the other way you get blind sided and over come by something more powerful than you.
