I'm all for the Necromancer but think about all the controversy there would be if it were put in. There'd be complaints coming out of ears.

If the intall file was now called nightmst and the exe called nightmist there would be complaints coming out of our ears. We are in a Nightmist of progridiphobics.

if the problems staff had with summons was lag wouldnt that be no problem now that instead of having 3 pictures of brown bears it just has 1 saying 3 brown bears?

Everywhere in nightmist something has died almost, skeletons in clan arenas, skeletal bunnies in grassy meadow etc, the raising dead ability would be kinda fun but using that idea would be hard to code.

Or the undead could be like traps you place on a place (ok that sounded wierd). You would raise them then leave them to kill whoever came bye next, this would be like druid's vines except the necromancer would be able to move.

a good idea but i was thinking that a necromancer could put a geas on the creature so that when it died he/she's bones would rise up and server the necromancer if he/she were still on the square

but undead would be destroyed at the gates and would not be allowed entry to the towns

Repetition doesn't work. It'll work if you're selling cigarrettes to minors but not if you're trying to sell an idea to the staff of Nightmist.

Know what does work here? Posting clear, concise threads. Giving your ideas mass amounts of thought and then posting them in a way that every can understand.

Simply posting "I think Necromancers should be put in because they're l337" is not enough. If you truly want Necromancers to be put in, write up a decent sized post, outlaying exactly what they are, what abilities it gets and what sets it apart from other classes.

It just hit me that you don't need the formulas. Just find out what they do and that should give you enough information to guess at formulas. Besides, I doubt you're going to copy the formulas exactly and just change their names...right? o_O
