there is no way staff can help you because if i said "i will help if anyone steals anything from you", then people will share and do god knows what and i will be forced to help everyone otherwise it would be unfair. a typical theft case takes me about an hour to sort out completely, i don't have that kind of time.
no other staff can do it because only i have access to the logs, and i won't give other staff access to the logs because they are too big to transfer over the internet.
i can't stop you giving out your password
in this case, you were probs sent a keylogger, note to everyone: anti-virus programs will not stop keyloggers, a firewall like zonealarm will ask you "do you want to allow this program to access the internet", say no...

if you help one, shouldn't you help all of them, because if you didn't, that would seem unfair aswell.
