Does that count as a weapon? ^^;
Oh...and I checked...some items just have their name as their description. I think that's cheap. =P

I'm trying to figure out which ones also don't have them...but, like you said, a lot of them have descriptions that I didn't notice before. ^-^

1 base damage...I would change the Hydra Thorn desc to have a base damage in /library. It's almost impossible to make an educated decision as to whether it's worth using on your babies.
I would change hydra thorn to 19 Base Damage or leave it at 1 and make it magical

It used to be the same base damage (18) as a pike, until they upped the pike to 21.

Base damage: 13, Can be used by: clerics, druids, fighters, mages, paladins, rangers, thieves, berserkers, Description: The Rune Staff has been forged many centuries ago from a rare, highly magical , light blue metal, of which a few grams is worth an entire kingdom. There are magical symbols engraved upon it, and embedded in the end is a glowing green emerald. The Runestaff radiates huge amounts of magical energy , and crackles with power when it is waved through the air. For most, it is a deadly weapon, but in the hands of a master, it is possibly the most powerful relic known to exist., Level needed to equip it: 10, Magical: No , Vamparic: 0.6, Armor: 0, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0, Poison chance: 0, Poison/30s damage: 0, Monster damage table: , Mana leech: .
Edit: lol mike dont complain about base damage.. rune blade is pimpin compared to staff damage

I would also change the hawk talon to a lower base damage, and decrease the mana leech by a fair amount, afterall 100 is a little too much.
I would also create a druid wepon with about 23/24 base damage at level 23/24.
Infact there are lots of things I'd change, but I wouldn't have the time or space to list them all.
Chnges need to be done to the wepons and armor. They should be class and level specific, i.e. Lower base damage wepons at low levels, and higher base damage at higher levels.
Also the same would be evident for armors etc too. For instance Bronze Robes are 17 ac at lvl 18, and Shroud of Awe is 20ac at lvl 16. Go figure.

I stole Deval's Pants.I don't see how something could 'drain' the life of another being without being classified as magical. It makes sense for the weapon to be set as magical, Blade of Time however may not be so necessary.

'Magical' is just another stat name that someone made up...........it wasn't added so the game developers could make some magic weapons, it was created purely because Pandilex (I think) wanted to add a nice new challenge to bosses - i.e only some weapons can damage them. Magical is just a description for a stat that basically means you can hit certain monsters, and bares no significant relation to the magic your thinking of (created by some magical being, aura of greatness, power of the magi, whatever.....)
It could have so easily been Piercing: Yes/No, but by chance it happened to be named magical - so going by that theory of mine I'd say that the rune weapons and what not should be kept the same.
Just because a weapon has a description that says its a magical weapon, or it has been dropped by a magical monster in a magical place doesn't mean it should be given the stat 'magical' however strange that may sound.........Im sure one of you will understand what i mean.

Besides every-one is highly against mages be given better offensive spells as most are to lazy to lvl one too arch,
Also mages cant use their 'magical' offensive abilities against things like the crystal giant,
So why change all the other weapons to have that ability, and not mages ????
Hmm
