If the drop you are suggesting is an alternate for a current boss in game, please state which boss and follow the theme of the area when writing your description.

it doesnt even sound like youve been to those bosses...lol rangers highest is 21, 27 will overpower them

That bow is too good to be a normal drop in my opinion. The only reasonable addition to ranger weapon in my opinion is a bow with equal base of enchanted bow (21), non-magical, with a char mod. It would basically mean enchanted bows would only be used at bosses though, so maybe making it a boss like the lag monster if you did add in such a bow.lol rangers highest is 21, 27 will overpower them

I think this because rangers do enough damage as it is in my opinon, i mean honestly they max out at around 130 with spells and stuff on and rarely miss.
Maybe an addition to game--
Ring of Hate
-2 armor, +1 wis (lvl 15) (30% with DG lowering hally to 60% and leaving 10% of no drop, was my idea)...might make clerics, pallys, and pacis heal for too much though, maybe making it a 1 at a time on type of thing, so they cannot be stacked on one crit.
Armor of Giants
Fighter only, 55 ac (lvl 30) As an alternate for GSW or Chameleon. At the momment best is equal to spiked armor unless i've forgotten some harabec armor, but ya, i think fighters should be able to equip better base armor.
Titan's Gaunts
12 ac, fighter, pally only Idea would be for it to be DG, lvl 20, same %s as suggetion for ring.
Helm of Shivelry (sp?)
1 str mod, 6 ac lvl 27, fighter, pally
Legend's Bracelet
-2 ac, 1 str, 1 wis alt for hedge lord or something
As a note, i wouldnt plan for all of these to be added, not trying to get fighters to have like, 26 str.

I dont think its overpowered bc a gd zerker with just a halberd can round ur nicely dressed ranger with max armor in just 4 shots and with a blade of time .. yea just forget it lol .. and i dont really ever see a ranger round a zerker even with spells .. so yea that cupid bow thing sounds good without the +charKinda overpowered don't you think? lol

The harp is a beautiful shade of silver. It's strings are made of a mystic thread. When played, it makes a beautiful sound that soothes those around you. A harp like this could never harm the living.

Magical Yes
Charisma modifier: 1
Monster damage table: Undead 1
This would be a weapon for pacifists. as it is an instrument, it wouldn't be able to attack players or "living" enemys, instead it could be a backup weapon against the "undead" enemys. Also it would be dropped by a boss such as:
Skeletal Bard(or Ancient Bard, something along those lines)
Hp: Around 5k-10k
Attacks: Song of Sorrow (30 damage), Song of Darkness(50 damage), and Song of Death(70 damage)
Exp: 60
Gold: 2000
Would appear once a day. Only pacifists could fight it, that way everyone would have an equal chance at fighting it(no more 20 alts attacking the demonic general when your about to kill it yourself with your pacifist). It should be at the necro tower area or around harabec castle, but not so far out of the way that once again only high level pacifists could get to it. The level range would be 20+.
Please consider my idea, but don't attack me about it.

That wouldn't be such a bad idea if it were designed, and coded, to be used as a weapon, but heals anything it strikes.
E.G
Olaku attacked you with his 'Harp of Faith', healing you for 15 points.
For some reason the idea of a harp doesn't sit well with me though, nor the use of the term 'attacking', but I supposed it'd have to stay the same as any other class, but for my own sake:
Olaku struck you with his 'Staff of Convalescence', healing you for 15 points.
The amount of life restored could be directly affiliated with the base damage of said weapon but, naturally, all weapons that could be designed in such a fashion would need a very low base damage

'Scepter of Devotion'
The Scepter of Devotion is said to have once been the emblem of an ancient order of priests, who's tragic devotion to clemency ultimately led to their own demise.
Designed from a solid rounded length of what appears to be a crimson marble, the scepter, when touched, feels as though it is fused to ones own flesh and throbs in harmony with it's wielders heartbeat.
Base damage: 17
Level Requirement: 26
Can be used by: Cleric, Mage, Paladin, Fighter.
Stat Bonus/Vampiric/Leech/Poison: Null.
Detail: The idea of the weapon, is that when it strikes it's target, a portion of the wielders life is donated to that target, healing them, but in doing so, double the resulting figure is removed from the wielders HP.
E.G
You strike Deval with your Scepter of Devotion, healing him for 30, draining you for 60 points of damage.

Protac struck you with his 'Scepter of Devotion', healing you for 30 hit points.
--
Protac struck Deval with his 'Scepter of Devotion'.
--
The item can be used in a situation where mana may not be available/exhausted, or as a small form of backup from fellow combatants such as the fighter and mage in an emergency situation, and, if nothing else, it will at least assist in giving depth and flare to bland healing class characters.

Stole from my post in earlier topic on old forum, adjusted it slightly though. It seems feasable to me that since we have 2 armor boots and more, that we could add this as a alternate drop, maybe making it a 10% drop.

I liked the idea in the past, and still think it's a good idea to have another item dropped by the hydra which might appeal to a broader scale of players than the current drop.
