Many of you are curious about what staff have been doing recently on the multi-alt server.
I'm here to assure you that the staff have been doing absolutely, positively nothing. There have been no thefts to investigate, only a few tiny issues that resulted in bans, and so few player complaints that we've been taking some time off. We had a few drinks, threw some darts, and tried to figure out who actually can spin fastest in an office chair. (Elf won.) Other than abusing players at north gate occasionally and sometimes teleporting a few people somewhere to get them killed, we've really been having a wonderful time just kicking back and relaxing.
Now, some of you may have also heard some ugly rumors floating around.
Let me set you straight on a few of them. There is no truth to the rumor that new areas are opening on the multi-alt server. That would imply that we actually had hope for this outdated bucket of bits. There is also no truth to any rumor that says that we've gone and done something stupid like starting to release new level 31+ equipment. Like any of you would even want that stuff. And there is absolutely, positively, no truth to the rumors that there is a sword hidden under Jahanna's Peak that has 30 base damage and a dexterity bonus.
Absolutely, postitively no truth at all.
