Continuing the tradition started by Momba, it is time to reflect on what and who we are thankful for with the 4th annual Nicest People in Nightmist contest.

This thread will be used for players to nominate who they feel is the nicest person. You can nominate more than one person and you may nominate staff. Just post the name of their main character and why you feel they are the nicest. (Do not give only their real name. I will not attempt to track down which “Steve” you think is nicest.)

On December 8, 2005, I will create polls with the names of the ten male and ten female players who received the most nominations. Voting will be open until December 16, 2005. Since this is the 4th annual Nicest Person in Nightmist Contest, the prize will be increased to 400k to each winner.

In addition, as a way of encouraging people to do more than just list names, I will also give away at least 400k in items for the stories that describe the kindest acts that are posted here. One or more winners will be selected by myself and a small group of judges whose names will not be made public.

Please keep all posts positive. This is about what others think. Just because you don't like a player doesn't mean that person doesn't have some good in them.

Crane/Gareth is a great guy, he's fair, helpful, funny, lame, just, and healthy. And he doesn't attempt to pk me. Which also helps in me liking him. He may not like me, but he got nearly all of everyones respect in game because of how he helps. Even if he doesnt give away secrets to new areas like a good little doggy.

Mono- great guy, helps people out. Keeps his friends close and is Mr. Fairplay.

Magic/Raylen(Alan)- I know he's "quit," but he's got to be one of the nicest people ever. I don't think I've ever seen him insult someone in any form other than a so-called "burn."

Daffy- He can make anyone laugh and is generally a great person.

Mike (Mstar_Likes_Nachoes) - He's a sweetheart. He has listened to me so many times when I've needed to talk to someone. He will listen to me complain time after time online or even on the phone. He is also the only reason I started training my crits again. heh. He draggs me out of the clan house, off my lazy butt, and makes me train. haha. He will also lend me stuff/let me use crits if I need to xD

Tony (Fearless) - What isn't nice about Tony? Seriously. He is definatly one of the, if not the, sweetest person I know. No matter what's going on in his life he will listen to others and help them out. Time after time he has been there for me. No matter what I was going through, he'd listen and make me feel appreciated and loved. He always is able to make me smile

Chris (Erased) - Heh, ahh Chris. I've known him for about a year, since I started playing pretty much. We have been through clans together even ! and sex with Niq! -ahem- He's just hilarious. He's nice to all of our clannies and will help them out with equips/training if they need it. He is just plain great xD
