It's going to be my birthday in a few days, and I really don't have any good ideas for what I should do.
I live in San Diego, California. Please don't say something like "You should go visit JLH. OH OOPS YOU LIVE IN AMERICA! LAUGH OUT LOUD!"
I will be turning 18. I don't drink or smoke, and I don't plan on doing that. Ever. I don't really have any ideas for doing anything that comes with turning 18. I probably won't want to because it's probably ridiculous.
My birthday is December 29th. This is right in-between Christmas and New Year's, and in the middle of vacation. Getting together with all my awesome buddies doesn't really work, unfortunately.
There is no snow here. San Diego, currently, is rather warm and dry. It feels like Summer a bit.
So, please keep those things in mind and give me some serious suggestions. I'd appreciate it.

Round up the few friends that aren't on vacation and do a last goodbye to childhood by acting like a child. Take em all to Chuck'E'Cheese's and do all the kid stuff there, from eating pizza over playing games and whatnot. Spend the day like you're still a child, because every day after that you will be an adult legally.

have one of those scavenger hunts. you've seen that episode of viva la bam i believe, where they race to complete a bunch of zany wild stuff. have a cash prize for motivation. and tape everything for proof.
oh yes, and before you're 18, do something stupid and evil, so you can say "i did blahblahblah, but i was just a kid then, and see how i've matured". people like that.

Sorry, I haven't had cable for years, but I can guess what it would be like. I used to wath Jackass and those skate videos.
But yeah I guess I could get my friend (roflles DC) to come over with his camera and do stuff.
Oh man haha, I have a video of him doing the YMCA with....oh, not supposed to tell you guys that one. I'll save that one for my grandchildren.
