Knowing these examples one would assume you can get your stuff back if stolen from...

ok im still friends wit matt but i still think its bs he did that, yeh he helped chris out but not to the extent he says, he said the cobalt was his, and chris was bought all his stuff from matt, matt out of anger took al his things and says chris bought all andys stuff for him, which is also untrue, the acct should be banned end of story, jlh did it in the past and its same situation, and chris has been offered a place in peoples accts, including mine, he'd rather not play tho, he doesnt care bout his stuff, it is tho upsetting nicks stuff along wit andys went too... nick had joppa and doja plus the gold on doja, and matt said chris bought nick his stuff too, which is also untrue, acct should be banned imo, way to do for some but not for others staff, i appluad it

Do you people not get it? Tell me one account that is banned for theft still. There is none, except the one (I think it was one) who used a keylogger for stealing, and the one who stole by impersonating staff. Any case of "theft" due to sharing there is no account ban at all.

So stop your screams of "this is biased". Yes, Andy got screwed out of things, which sucks, but let us not forget that Chris wasn't all innocent either. I will not drag this out and tell the full tale of how Justin's crits managed to end up in his account, since it was all fixed, but jeez people...

Fact remains, to this day there isn't a single account that stayed banned because someone who shared took stuff out of the shared account. Accounts were banned temporarily for investigation, no more.


Edit:

After talking to JLH I found out that there was indeed a time when staff actively interfered in thefts, however, even JLH can't remember the last time he banned an account for theft due to sharing, so it must have been ages ago.

EDIT: O and whoever said "moral values" uhm..im pretty sure 3/4 of NM has little or no morals, was a nice try tho

Your about the biggest fuking moron around NM to be completly honest with you, wut the hell does my avatar have to do with morals lol...get over it. And no i dont remember how i said "you misplaced your trust" or whatever it was, doesnt sound like somethin i would say, and i've tried avoiding you as much as possible the last year or so. How does it feel? I couldnt care less that i lost things that arnt of any value and now i choose not to surround myself with ingrates and moronic children, like i said a dozen times already i just feel bad for andy and nick..and as far as matt goes, honestly i was shocked and still am cause we've had access to eachothers accounts for appx 2 years and nothins happened along these lines, i acctually concidered him a friend and figured he was 1 of the 5 people i could stand and would probly hang out with that were/are from NM. BUT we all know people from Nightmist are shady and if you dont have the option to whoop their ass then the'll fuk you over when they can i guess

seems to me and granted havent played as long as most people here,and granted can understand that when ya get ya stuff stolen most of ya have worked very hard to get it,but still simple solution dont share accounts if ya got someone living with ya make seperate accounts,isnt staffs responsiblity to watch over yer accounts,this may apply or may not but see the talk of theft alot and just throwing my two cents in,which is simply dont share and dont expect help and if ya do get stolen from,who cares its a game isnt like ya cant earn the stuff back again,but anyhow Merry christmas/X-mas/kwanza/hannakah/heavens day whichever may apply
