Eh, I saw one of these in the Shattered Galaxy forums, basically a forum where people can post insults about each other and war posts and whatnot. Probably won't happen, but from my experience most topics were hilarious to read, and it let's people vent their anger without flooding other topics with spam posts to say "you suck".
