I got dudded 100k on a name swap that did not work wot should I do ?

I dont know ........... the only thing i did different than usual is use a third party in "Character name with gold"
I swapped character name A to B using C's gold
It said it was successful but when i went into the account nothing had changed except character C missing 100k

lol the gold has to be on one of the two characters that gets a new name. but i guess this is a server flaw so jlh should be willing to fix it imo. but it's all up to big J
