I think there should be a inactive clan list that takes care of all those clans and clan houses out there that don't get used and just sit. Kinda like how unused accounts dissapear.

Also if people could have sumthing to delete there clans if they wish?

Ok so what if the chairman/woman has been unable to gain access to the game for over 3 months and comes back finding that their chairman/woman was deleted from inactivity and their clan/clan house along with the crit. If they reactiviate the chairman/woman will the clan/clan house be reactivated also?

Clans with 1 clan room (or less) should simply be deleted and the chairperson should be given 20k. The 50k out of their pocket for the first room is simply a fee for their own naiveness.
