[Darkreaper]

XION


DarkReaper and Smiley are venturing the boundaries of the Rose Garden.
Suddenly a light overhead blinds them prior to knocking them unconcious.
They wake up in Xion's Dragon Wing Inn. A small girl around 18 tends their
battle wounds from the mysterious deity. Dark(short for darkreaper it is his
nick) is drinking a strange red medicine from a clay mug. Smiley is trying to
earn the young girls favor by telling her about the mysterys of NightMist. She
has never heard of such a place and is anxious to adventure there to help the
wounded and sick.Smiley finds out her name is Justice(of the 4 winds of Xion)
and is a distinct cleric. Smiley picking up his Great Sword heads out the door of
the inn to see a strange and beautiful landscape. The town is very well kept
(NightMist could learn from this) and has paved roads leading down to the
FellReev forest. A traveler (Male Elf) passes by in a great hurry to a building
about 50 yards away. Dark heads out the wooden door of the inn to
F'er st. Dark leans against the wooden post that reads "Dragon Wing Inn".
Smiley asks Dark if he wants to find out how far from NightMist they are.
Dark replies with a "No, let try to help this village since they are in great need
so says Justice". Dark continues" That Elf's name is Helios and is a spy for
Xion along with a Half-Orc ranger named Kain". Dark stops to gasp at the torn
up half-orc heading towards the inn. The orc sputters out "I am Kain, please
help the Elders" he coughes up some blood upon the cobbled entrance to the
inn. Smiley and Dark help him into the inn for Justice to heal him. "Please
adventurers" addressing Smiley and Dark "Help the Elders fight the Elves
led by Xaric, They are already advancing the towards the edge of the forest please hurry!"

A young boy runs into the inn shouting, "a dark stranger enters the town".
Dark peers out the door of the inn, and to his amazement his childhood
friend Wolfstano is walkin up the coble stone path, just arrived from FellReev forest.
Wolfstano and Dark grew up together, spending most of their time playing with wood swords and training against each other. But the friendship got lost in the second age. Wolfstano's house was burnt down by a high Elf, both his perants lost their lives. Wolfstano was never seen after that, apart from the rumers about there being a great human ranger that lived in the FellReev forest, murdering bandits, and goin by the nam of Wolf. Dark thought Wolfstano could be that ranger.
"Well look what the bears dragged in" shouted Dark to Wolfstano, in a playful tone.
"Old friend" replied Wolfstano.
"What brings you here?" said Dark.
"You know my past" Wolfstano paused and looked up at Dark, "It's time to seek my revenge."
Wolfstano walked passed Dark into the pub, and sat down at the bar and ordered a pint of ale.

Dark asks wolf "So, What have you been doing since we last saw each other?"
Wolf replies" This is a time of war not time for tales and stories of pastime."
Dark and Wolf head out the door waiting for more recruits a young sorcerer of
about 16 walks up to Smiley and asks if he can help in anyway.Smiley laughs at the pitiful looking boy as he is weak and fragile looking.Thorn(sorcerer) quickly replies that he is a Xion, a human who was born with the ability to take the shape of a god for battle.Thorn's Xion form is a human paladin with two runed blades and platinum armor.Smiley immediatly quits laughing and asks to see the transformation.Thorn says he should save it for battle and not waste it to show off to a group of adventurers.The party take off for the turrets of the outside of Xion to archery stations to ready for battle. The Elves are near the edge of the forest and are almost to Xion already. Darkreaper finger twitches as he presses the trigger on his Heavy Crossbow.

[Dante]

As dark and wolf are talking they see a figure walking with a runed blade.As he nears dark notices it is one of his miltia friends........Dante.Dark says hello but dante complety ignores him and steps into the inn.He walks up to the bar and looks angrily at the bartender.Dante says" Timt to repay missing debts!".He grabs his thick hair slicing his neck in two.Dante kicks the head through the backgate of the inn. He angrily slices one of the guards through the chest. The other attacks him while calling for backup(none is there as they are fighting elves).The guard is thrown through the window shattering glass everywhere.As Dante runs to the northern gate house he sees dark on the turret shooting barrages of bolts at Elves.
He climbs the ladder to the turret shooting with his composite bow. He launches at a high elf killing him.Dark explains the situatiion to Dante.Dante leaps off the turret slashing an elf on the way down.

Wolfstano draws his bow, then has an idea. He Sets fire to the end of he arrows with sum flint, then fires flaming arrows at the elves.
Spotting dante in a bit of trubble he fires arrows down his way, Wolfstano shouts "Look out!" to Dante; Dnte jumps to the side and the arrows whizz past him and into the toursose of the elves around him. Dante smiles at Wolfstano and Wolfstano draws his bow again to kill yet more elves.
After a while the Elves retreat to there Barracks just over the horrizon.
Wolfstano turns to Dark, "We should ride out.... Slaughter as many in their sleep at we can."
