You are too exhausted at the moment.
You are too exhausted at the moment.
You are too exhausted at the moment.
You removed a Shield of Faith.
You dropped a Shield of Faith.
A Brown Bear attacked you with its Large Claws for 24 points of damage.
[Clan] Devour: lol
Qst_Exile yells from (Hidden): normal player attacking my monsters staff
Qst_Exile attacked a Brown Bear with a Staff of Serenity.
Qst_Exile attacked a Brown Bear with a Staff of Serenity.
Qst_Exile attacked a Brown Bear with a Staff of Serenity.
A Brown Bear attacked Qst_Exile with its Large Claws.
Feral yells from (Hidden): check the log i was in forest first
Qst_Exile picked up a Shield of Faith.
Qst_Exile: Your Shield of Faith has been deleted.

I Do believe this is against the rules, if i dnt see a punishment what is to say other people dont do it?

aka they clearly seen me drop it and then picked it up?

Resulting me losing my prized shield of faith

Misinterpretation - I thought you were Qst_Exile for that moment and had acquired it from the Necromancer Tower.

Frankly you're accusing each other...

- Qst_Berserker believes he was playing legitimately on Feral and was being harassed by them, and dropped his Shield of Faith via a misclick that was then picked up and deleted by Qst_Exile.
- Qst_Exile says that he tried to PK Qst_Berserker, but logged when he was mortally wounded, then logged on Feral to watch the square and then harass them by kill-stealing their monsters, then dropped his Shield of Faith for some reason that was then picked up and deleted in retaliation for the anti-social behaviour (if it wasn't deleted, that would be grounds for disqualification).

Now who am I supposed to believe?

Misread a minor detail on the second story.

Now why would you think to unequip and drop your shield while you're in the middle of attacking a Brown Bear except to possibly get them in trouble by tempting them to pick it up?

Arilin Graveyard: Beneath a canopy of decaying leaves, the Arilin graveyard stretches out before you. The ornately carved graves of wealthy merchants from Arilin are intermixed with the humble wooden stakes marking the graves of hunters. The graveyard continues to the North, East, and West.
Qst_Exile, Qst_Corinne are here with you.

Darn you Stig, you posted exactly what I was thinking and going to post! That would seem to be the real 64,000 dollar question.

Right, I am Qst_Exile, and I acquired my Shield of Faith the proper way.

Let me just back fill the whole story:-

Most of this isn't from logs, but it's what actually happened....

Qst_Berserker: I'm removing people who can train faster than me and who won't help me train from my friend list and am going to pk them.

Qst_Berserker tried to smite you but failed like a crappy zerk without spells.

Qst_Exile + Qst_Corinne then attempted to kill Qst_Berserker in revenege.

Qst_Berserker logs when he his mort.

Qst_Exile + Qst_Corinne wait on the square.

Soul logs on, and sits on our square watching us for us to move.

Qst_Corinne logs and logs on Phobia and kills Soul. Then logs back on Qst_Corinne.

Feral logs on, and does the same thing.

Qst_Exile + Qst_Corinne being of higher intelligence decide to train on bears. Feral follows to watch if we are going far enough away for him to log on Qst_Berserker, whilst doing so attacks the Brown Bear being trained on. He then decides to provoke Qst_Exile + Qst_Corinne by dropping his Shield of Faith.

Now this irritated me, so I picked up the Shield and deleted it instantly to punish him for being anti-social.

I then out-smarted him by moving away and watching for when Feral logged off, which he then did, I then killed Qst_Berserker with Qst_Exile. Since then he has tried to kill me no less than 8 times and failed, he has also paged me several times stating how he is going to hunt me and is farming shades with his druid/mage to use. He also said that he would give these shades to another Qst char who would them pass back to his Berserker in order to make the transactions untraceable.

So, in summary. He was being an immature little child, and has now lost his Shield of Faith! Will I do it again....hell yes!
I am the Dragon, before me you Tremble!

Stig (Game Staff) Pages You from (Hidden): From this point on, you are disqualified from the quest and your quest character locked until it terminates, and your shield of faith remains in pieces.

Seems to me all three players were being douches, but only one gets punished.

Qst_Corinne + Qst_Exile almost killed Qst_Berserker pvp.

Qst_Berserker Logged off.

Soul appears.

Qst_Corinne swaps characters to kill Soul.

Feral appears (Souls alt).

Feral drops his shield of faith. (Nothing illegal about this)

Qst_Exile picks up the shield of faith. (Er... okay?)

Qst_Exile + Qst_Corinne pk Qst_Berserker.

Qst_Berserker gets disqualified from the quest and ridiculed.

Cool.

I think the reasons are pretty obvious Jase, or if not, look up 'entrapment'.

The other thing that wasn't mentioned here is that Qst_Berserker was actually demanding he have his Shield of Faith returned to him, because he 'did nothing wrong' and he lost a valuable piece of equipment. Ahem, he deliberately unequipped it and dropped it in the middle of a fire-fight and initially told me it was a mis-click. But I'm done with this now, and as far as I'm concerned, justice has been served.

Turns out the disqualification was for lying to Stig about his intentions, although they were obvious.

Just tell the truth guys, things turn out better that way.
