I think us main server players are starting to sleep semi-normal hours. So we're not on 24/7 like we have been.

i havent been on in quite some time.. and with as low as the playerbase seems to be, i dont see that changing anytime soon... possibly the thinking of the other noobs as well.. /shrug

It's summer. Weather is getting better, people aren't hermits like they were through the winter. Also those of us who are students likely have summer jobs now.

I'm on a bit during work usually if its dead and a bit in the evenings or night. I'm on alot more on the weekends because I can sleep in rather than getting up for work early lol.

I just find it so boring now - multi-alt is so stagnant and there isn't really any challenge or strategy required, since all the bosses do is hit you randomly. Truth is also, ones like the Crystal Giant you can usually find in and kill without hindrance, even if it takes an exceedingly long time, since there's very little competition for drops.

you were almost right. see i stopped logging on, which made everyone else stop logging on .

Finally getting my thief to 35 and getting bored probably contributed. Might start loggin more at some point.

I've been playing BOI. Don't log on much anymore, unless I have a memo or people hassle me on MSN.

the rest of the game finnaly hit 35+ and realised how stupid the prices are to keep leveling. Now they know how we felt for months upon months.

Point was to try something then, before it got this bad.

I hate to see it like this. As long as I played years ago I never had anything bad to say about staff or the game ... just a couple players, and I still have nothing bad to say about staff or the game. I just wanted to try and get people to work together to try and get more people to play.

After I quit playing Nightmist I would always come back here when I got bored of the other games I played. I saw the decline in the players in those periods of other game boredom, but I figured the reason for it was people splitting from main to 1 alt.

Anyways, I'm gonna go back quiet ...

When 1 alt came out, it killed the main server. I wasn't interested in 1 alt, because I wasn't on during the time everyone else was and I got lonely so gave up the idea of 1 alt. Then I discovered Facebook! With Facebook came a game called Castle Age and that is where I have been sitting. If Multi-server picked back up, I may consider returning, but don't see that happening any time soon. I also agree with what Crane said, the game just simply isn't challenging anymore either.

The trouble with 1-alt is that it is very unfriendly towards players who just want to be left to their own business, although that was probably JLH's objective in a sense... 1-alt for the team players, and multi-alt for the lone wolves. Who knows?

@ Gnarkill - That is why I've started back on main. Most of the friends I had from long ago are all gone and the few I do know on 1 alt don't log on very often. So I've been able to get the few characters I have to around level 20. So I started rolling on main. Its take me some time to roll new characters but atleast I can level beyond 20.

I don't ever see myself going back to main since people take things that aren't rightfully theirs, lol. Screw starting over.
