1. Party leader is the only person who can do the command.
2. No one outside of the party has anything to do with the command.
This is because it would serve as more than just a way to keep people from bickering over drops.
-It could be used to random out players in moshes.
-It can decide who tests the next square in trap areas.
-It can decide drops.
And there are several other options that do not sprint to my mind.
But basically, if it were added as a "Party Leader ONLY" command, it would be highly useful.
Also, perhaps this could be considered for a Chairperson clan command also.
"So, who has to go help our new member train?"
/clan pick random

Pick players would be terrible to add everywhere.
It needs to be limited to the party leaders.
It needs to only show to the party members.
Otherwise it will not work properly or can be used to spam.

Basically, once the command has entered everyone "rolls a dice" and the results show instantly after the command to everyone in the party.
It works.
turnip: 5
Jack: 2
Jill: 6
Dolly: 4
hmm it might have been that everyone rolls two dices to lessen the ties.

I swear the arguement used to be "No, you need it more than I do, you take it.." 'No, I insist, I've actually got a spare in my vault.' And so on...
Yea, that's how it worked when good ol' boys and girls played....not with your common players now a days.
I still think this command is mainly demanded due to lack of players working things out for themselves....there are plenty of things they could do to figure this kind of stuff out, but nooo....just complain.
It's an understandable request of a command, but it shouldn't be needed, it should just be a little help.
