Herm, I'd be interested, but I don't value it so high...
Just in comparison to cobalt, it doesn't seem quite that valuable, .5 vs .3 on vamp, with 18 vs 27 base, and cobal is magical..
I might offer around 20m, but I guess you wouldn't be all that interested in that bid...

So, 20m-ish to start I suppose.
