They're kind of sub bosses.. But I like the idea, possibly a:Ya but certain bosses spawn every hour or every 10 mins right?
You see papers scattered around the room, the mayor was recently slain here.
Could be a /read after you kill Mayor thingy-bob, and then possibly other messages every 10minutes?
Doesn't bother me too much if it's put in or not, so I won't strain myself to think up any others (just got home, gimme a chance).

spider queen, bandit leader, mayor, large Rock are a few that come to mind that have around an hour respawn. Pede and Croc may be less, as they are usually in when I pass, but I dunno bout 10 min respawns.. seams a bit short.
I Kinda agree with the Idea and kinda don't.. from an rp standpoint, unless you are waiting for Sylvia, who escapes rather then being killed, there would be no waiting for the boss to "return". But then again, if something was just killed, there would be signs of the battle, if not a corpse lying on the floor, in various states of decay (could be worked into the idea.. 4 or 5 stages of decay on the boss's corpse, body still warm, slight stench, maggots dripping from gaping holes in the corpse's flesh, sun bleached skeletal remains)

I do apolagise also, I meant the message changes every 10minutes, so you'd have to learn the messages to work out the rough time.
Even if the idea isn't used for this purpose, I think it'd be a nice addition.

I'd love to actually look around to see that I just barely missed a boss. It'd give me that warm, fuzzy feeling...fueled by complete and utter rage but warm and fuzzy none-the-less.

"A struggle seems to have take place recently."
"There's a corpse in the corner, the blood seems to have dried but the body is in fair condition."
"A pile of bones sits in the corner."
Etc., etc.
