My friend quit playing the game, and he gave me his account. I tried to transfer the characters into my account, but everytime I try to log in it says that the account is banned.

I figured that he had probably done something stupid, but i tried to login to the account i keep my lower levels in, and it gave me the same message. (Account banned.)

Could you tell me why?

Best bet is to e-mail JLH or Pandilex about it, that's always the better option than posting here.

JLH- The first account is SPQR. and the second account is my friends, and the name of it is not something that you would want me to post on here =/

Maybe if i could talk to you in game? (Dark_Ace in game)

Oh.. E-mail support is much quicker than forum posting and talking in game. Or so my experiences have shown so far..

yea, i think the name of it got it banned

but my other account has a fine name, and it says thats banned too

Yea, e-mailing would probably be faster, but i wasn't sure if JLH would respond, so i thought that i would try this

it (and probs the other one too) was banned due to the player being very offensive on the game, and so a 1 month account ban was imposed.
