This is more than a little boost though, rangers are basically fighters with 1 less stam and a clicking ability, and able to do about 15 more damage, although the 1stam and about 10 armor plus a vamparic weapon made fighters decent party members because of their stam and hitrate, now with this addition, rangers are now able to hit harder, removing most if not all of the 1stam regain bonus, +1 armor from not using elven long bow, and get 25% of the damage they deal out back in hp). The most reason rangers never had a cobalt like item is because high armor, hit rate, clicking ability, and vamparic weapon, and strong attack would make anything overpowered (by high armor I mean over 100 without spells). Think about it, nothing ingame has all of these combined
Most people who use alot of rangers will probably wanna get 15-20, and then every boss ingame (excluding ones that heal, depending on if however many rangers you have is enough to kill) can be solo'd
One should be able to be made every 4 days depending on a certain boss spawn.
Although I don't support it's addition, I will abuse it and make alot of them and do ez stuff before they'll probably all deleted

Well, since fighters weakness comes from armor blocking blows alot, or high armor making it weak, give them a 2stam ability, same strength as a 1stam attack, but it has a 50% chance to go through 75% of enemies armor. So in a full round, if your spelled, a mage has armor on, might look like this.
You attacked Nubby_Mage with Blade of Time for 18 points of damage.
You attacked Nubby_Mage with Blade of Time for 80 points of damage.
You attacked Nubby_Mage with Blade of Time for 69 points of damage.
The first hit, since 50%, didn't work, but if you get lucky enough, you may be able to round a mage with 3 85 hits or higher with fighters. Obviously they wouldn't be able to do 80s on 40ish armor (25% of 160) without a cleric, so 1v1, there's no chance of fighter rounding mage 2ez in 1alt pt, would be an interesting fight.
